The three-hour window runs in elapsed hours. For example, an inquiry submitted at 3:30 p.m. on a weekday is due an offer by 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time that day.

What happens outside the weekday submission window?

The deadline is the next occurring Monday at 9 a.m. Eastern Time. For example, a Tuesday evening inquiry is due an offer by the upcoming Monday at 9 a.m. An inquiry submitted Monday at 8 a.m. is due an offer by 9 a.m. that same Monday.

Can I choose when to close?
